Downtown is in walking distance, but this is area is less noisy. But the best thing was the staff and their attitude.
We rented a 1 bedroom apartment. It was spotlessly clean, we had cleaning service every day. Furnitures look new, the bed was comfortable. Wifi speed was also good. We also get free daily laundry which was very useful. Also the washer-dryer machine in the apartment worked fine. We were provided a 10L drinking water tank, which we could ask for refill for a reasonable price. The hotel has a proper sauna and an usable gym (which is usually not the case with other hotels). Location is great, restaurants nearby. We received assistance for every request we raised.

Room is very spacious and clean, and hotel is strategically located in an area where we can conveniently Grab to anywhere we want in the city. There’re cafes just around the vicinity and a convenience store by the corner of the street. Very value-for-money; we’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in HCM city.

It is very clean. The lobby, corridors and elevators all have pleasant fragrances. The service staff also helped us guide the taxi. The bed in the room was also very comfortable. The 29 square meter room is very nice and spacious. The location is neither too close nor too far from the tourist center. Our room is well soundproofed. All in all, I will definitely choose to stay here next time. I highly recommend it and thank the hotel for its thoughtful service.
This Should be A 5 Star Hotel
this 4 star hotel deserves to be a 5 star and more. Here’s why: 1) Ms. Dai and the staffs went out of their way to accommodate our needs and making sure that we were happy with our stay. 2) Even when there were some concerns, the staffs were reassuring and helpful in resolving some problems 3) After check out, most 5 stars hotel would already say you can’t use their amenities due to protocol, but the staffs here were kind enough to accommodate that. For these reasons and the superior staff experience along with fair pricing, location, and amenities, this is the third time we stayed at this hotel. We even stayed 1 week this time here.
